We offer our students the opportunity to train using tailored programs, ensuring a highly personalized approach to the goals and challenges they face.

What is the difference between individual training and a standard freediving course?

The goal of the course is to teach a set of essential knowledge and skills that enable freedivers to dive safely and effectively to specific depths. This is why the training is divided into several levels.
For example, SSI offers three basic levels of recreational freediving training: Freediver, Advanced Freediver, and Performance Freediver.
Each level corresponds to a set of knowledge, skills, experience, and relevant standards, passing which confirms mastery of the course program.
During individual training sessions, we can focus more on specific objectives based on your preferences.

Who do we recommend individual programs and sessions for?

  • Freedivers who have completed training courses to consolidate the skills they've acquired, continue depth adaptation, and realize their current potential.
  • Freedivers who have taken a long break from previons freediving sessions, to gently return to the deep, restore technical skills, and regain psychological readiness for diving.
  • People with athletic ambitions who set long-term freediving goals, as well as those preparing for competitions.
  • Those who want to focus on a specific aspect of freediving: pressure compensation, freediving psychology, hypoxic tolerance, endurance, a specific freediving discipline, etc.
  • Those who don't fit our course dates, but who have already trained at our school and know for sure that they are definitely here!

Remember: depth is revealed gradually.

The body and mind need time to adapt.
As a rule, any process is currently limited by a specific factor, the elimination of which opens the way to progress and meeting the next limiting factor.
The coach's job is to identify existing limitations, one by one, and help eliminate them.
If the above resonates with you, sign up for training!

WHERE IS THE COURSE HELD?
Dahab is the perfect place for deep-water diving.
You can dive here year-round: the water temperature even in the coldest winter months does not drop below 22 degrees Celsius.
Blue Hole is one of the most famous diving and freediving spots in the world. It is a natural underwater sinkhole about 100 meters deep — from the surface, you can see a picturesque coral reef.
What makes this place unique is that the deep water is right next to the shore.
At about 50 meters depth from the surface, the coral wall on the sea side forms an arched opening — the famous Blue Hole Arch.
